Omo-Agege Hails Tinubu for Appointing Egharhevwa as RMAFC Federal Commissioner

ASABA/Nigeria: Former Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, has expressed profound gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for appointing and swearing in Olorogun Martin Aruviere Egharhevwa, Esq., as the Federal Commissioner representing Delta State in the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC).

In a statement on behalf of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State and the people of the state, Omo-Agege described Egharhevwa as a highly qualified professional with both local and international education, whose commitment to progressive ideals and good governance makes him a perfect fit for the role.

“Olorogun Egharhevwa is overwhelmingly celebrated by our grateful people as yet another fit and proper choice from Delta State in Mr. President’s decision to work with patriotic men and women who embody the spirit of excellence required for his visionary leadership,” Omo-Agege stated.

He also extended appreciation to Delta Senators Ede Dafinone, Joel Onowakpo, and Ned Nwoko for their collective efforts in ensuring a smooth Senate screening process for Egharhevwa, commending their unity of purpose in advancing the interests of Deltans.

“Your statesmanship and dedication to promoting the interests of Delta State are admirable. This has earned you the deep gratitude of our people and further solidified the invaluable role of the Senate under the leadership of His Excellency, Most Distinguished Senator (Dr.) Godswill Obot Akpabio, GCON,” he added.

Omo-Agege urged Egharhevwa to serve with integrity and diligence, bringing the renowned “can-do” spirit of Delta to his new role in advancing the objectives of the RMAFC and contributing meaningfully to President Tinubu’s vision for Nigeria.

“To whom much is given, much is expected. May the good Lord grant you the wisdom and strength to excel as you contribute to Mr. President’s vision of a modern and great nation through your service in the RMAFC,” he concluded.
