Okowa’s EAC Oghenesivbe Joins The FELLOW Upper Cadre At CIISM Nigeria
ASABA/Nigeria: The Executive Assistant on Communications to the Governor of Delta State, Dr (Barrister) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has been admitted to the Hall of Fame of the Chartered Institute of information and Strategy Management’, CIISM, as FELLOW of the prestigious inner caucus of Intellectuals.
Registrar/Secretary to Council of CIISM, Prof Paul Bolorunduro, in a letter which conveyed the Council’s approval said Oghenesivbe scaled through the selection process after critical evaluation of his position paper on “Strategic communication In Constitutional Democracy In Nigeria”, as well as his wealth of experience and sound academic credentials; ranging from Political Science to Law, Mass Communication, Public Administration and, International Affairs.
“This award of FELLOW is in recognition of your enviable contributions and invaluable commitment to the development of humanity, and wealth of experience in political communication, information and strategy management in Nigeria and beyond,” CIISM said.
Oghenesivbe will proceed to CIISM Abuja for a special pre-induction brain storming exercise with like minds before his induction proper on October 16, 2020 at a gathering of top class intellectuals, information and strategy managers.
In swift reaction to his new status, Okowa’s dogged EAC thanked the governing council of the Institute for recognising his multifaceted intellectual property in public domain via the www spectrum and promise to be a good ambassador of CIISM.
“I am humbled by this award of FELLOW by the Governing Council of CIISM. I shall continue to impact society with my calling as a strategic communication specialist, not minding the challenges and name callings associated with dogged media politics,” Oghenesivbe assured.
