Okowa Has Improved Delta State’s Standard – Prof. Aghalino
WARRI/Nigeria: Chairman, Governing Council of College of Education, Warri, Prof. Sam Aghalino, has described Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa as a game changer who has improved the fortunes of Delta State through incessant development strides.
Aghalino in a Democracy Day statement on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff and students of College of Education, Warri, said that Okowa’s three years stay in office has ushered in unquantifiable development.
According to him, in retrospection, so far, the state government ably led by Okowa has done a lot to improve the lives of Deltans.
He said inter alia, “you have added value to governance with your progressive SMART policies and programmes that have revolutionised key sectors especially in the area of education, job creation, road rehabilitation and construction, health and visible empowerment, among others.”
Prof. Aghalino said, “We can’t thank you enough for your deep commitment to the development of the College of Education, Warri, especially through exemplary assistance in the accreditation of our programmes.”
