Okitikpi commends Okowa on Nani’s Appointment as DESOPADEC Executive Director.

WARRI/Nigeria: A prominent Chief in Idjerhe Kingdom Chief Silver Onoriode Okitikpi, popularly known as  (silverconnect), has applauded the governor of Delta state, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa for appointing their Son Chief Barr, Obukohwo Nani as one of the Directors on the Board of the Delta state Oil Producing Areas Development Commission  (DESOPADEC).
Chief Okitikpi who addressed journalists in Jesse town, the administrative headquarters of Idjerhe Kingdom, said he is particularly commending the Governor for the appointments of persons with credible credentials into his government, remarking that the governor by his action has demonstrated good traits of qualitative leadership.
The Idjerhe high Chief Said with the appointment of Chief John Nani as one of the Directors, good omen awaits Idjerhe people and other areas he is representing on the board because he has demonstrated times without number that he is a true son of Idjerhe land with the countless projects he has attracted to the area in the past.
The business Mogul with a contracting firm that handles, states, National and international projects, appealed to Deltans to continue their support to the Okowa led administration because he meant well for the people of the entire state with his projects spread all over.
He called on his people of Idjerhe Kingdom to throw their weight behind their brother Chief Nani, pray for him so that he will be focused to do more for his people and as well shun all divisive tendencies that may likely pull him down from achieving his full potentials for his people.
Chief Okitikpi also appealed to his people to support the traditional Idjerhe Institution, exercise patient while the kingdom as a whole do all it takes in making wise decisions that will eventually result in the choice of a new king that will benefit all at the end.
He added that “it was the wisdom of the decision makers in our land that brought about the right choice of the new Unuevoro, and,i am convinced that same way, the new king will emerge. I am appealing to our people to be patient because in a short while, good things will happen to us and we will also have a new Ovie.”
