We, the Niger Delta Transparency Watch Group (NDTWG), write to bring to your attention the ongoing cyberstalking and bullying of Dr. Dennis Otuaro, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, and the Gbaramatu kingdom by Mr. Jude Gbaboyor.

Whereas, according to UN human rights laws, every individual has the inherent right to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. This includes the right to be safe and free from violence, harassment, and bullying.
A life free from violence and cruel, inhuman, and degrading treatment is a fundamental human right. Bullying and harassment can lead to violations of numerous human rights, including:
- _Right to Health_: Bullying can negatively impact physical and mental health, causing harm through physical injuries, stress-related illnesses, depression, and other health issues.
- _Right to Work and Fair Working Conditions_: Bullying can result in higher absenteeism, poor performance, and an unsafe working environment.
