Muoboghare Admonishes Corps Members To Be Self-Reliant

ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Commissioner for Higher Education, Prof. Patrick Muoboghare has admonished the 2021/2022 Batch A, Stream 2 corps members to be self-reliant.
The commissioner who was represented by the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Dr. Anthony Nwokolobia, stated this during a send- forth ceremony organised by the ministry for the out-gone corps members who served in the ministry.
He added that the corps member were dedicated, loyal and were all determined to offer their services to the nation in the discharge of duties.
While congratulating the outgoing corps members for a successful service year, Prof. Muoboghare advised them to stay crime-free and utilize the core value and experience gained while serving.
He stressed that they should make friends with the right attitude, never to be materialistic and selfish in dealing with people.
Earlier, the Director of Higher Education, Mrs. Bridget Odobor encouraged the corps members to put in their best in whatever they find themselves to do, adding that they should focus their potentials towards entrepreneurship while waiting for white color jobs.
She advised them to be humble, productive and also be supportive to the society by being employers of labours.
Miss Edith Igbinedion, one of the outgone corps members, speaking on behalf of her colleagues, expressed gratitude to God for seeing them through the service year, and thanked the commissioner, the permanent secretary and all the directors in the ministry for making their stay in Delta State peaceful.
Also present at the event was the Director of Admin. Mr Fidelis Owhofasa, Director of Finance, Mrs. Jacdonmi Ejiroghene, Director of Educational Services, Mrs Stella Maidoh and other management staff of the ministry.
Highpoint of the event was the presentation of cash gift to all the out-gone corps members.
