Chief John Nani

The director pointed out that due to the agrarian nature of the people in that area, most people in the Jesse axis have farm lands across the border which is why most of them are been allowed to go get their farm produce with a measure of checking their health status and temperature by health workers in their going and coming been put in place.
He noted that no Edo indigene are allowed to cross the border, recalling that at the early stage of the lock down, the Local Government Council Chairman, Hon Solomon Golley was seen at the boundary between Ologbo and Oghara with security men stopping those going and those coming from crossing.
Golley also went round most of the makeshift markets to make sure the people adhere to the social distancing directive.
Churches were not also left out as churches were also shut down in the area on the 5th of April.
