Guwor Hails Former Deputy Governor at 57, Describes Him as a Remarkable Leader and Mentor
ASABA/Nigeria: Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has extended warm felicitations to the immediate past Deputy Governor of the State, His Excellency Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, on the occasion of his 57th birthday, describing him as a delightful and compassionate leader whose legacy of service remains impactful.
In a congratulatory message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker commended Otuaro for his exemplary leadership, noting that his tenure as Deputy Governor from 2015 to 2023 was marked by dedication, humility, and a deep commitment to the wellbeing of Deltans.
Guwor, who once served as Executive Assistant under the former Deputy Governor, expressed deep appreciation for Otuaro’s mentorship, which he described as invaluable to his personal and political development. “Your leadership, wisdom, and dedication to public service were of great value and commendable,” the Speaker said.
He acknowledged the profound impact Otuaro has had on his life and career, stating, “The experience and knowledge gained working with you were outstanding. I am so grateful for the lessons learned and the journey shared.”
Wishing the celebrant many more years of happiness, good health, and fulfillment, Guwor, who also serves as National Treasurer of the Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria, prayed for continued divine blessings upon Otuaro and his family.
