Guwor Congratulates Chief Dennis Otuaro on Appointment as PAP Administrator
ASABA/Nigeria: The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, has extended his congratulations to Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD, on his recent appointment as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Nkem Nwaeke, Rt. Hon Guwor described Chief Dennis Otuaro’s appointment as well-deserved and a positive development in the Niger Delta region. He praised Otuaro, who is also the Principal Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Owelle Global Resources, for his longstanding commitment to the emancipation of the Niger Delta people, noting that he is in familiar terrain.
Guwor emphasized that Otuaro’s appointment is a perfect fit, citing his pedigree in the struggle for meaningful engagement of youth in the Niger Delta as a key factor in President Tinubu’s decision. He expressed gratitude to the President for choosing a Niger Deltan who is deeply rooted in the region’s progress and development.
“I was so excited to read a statement yesterday by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, announcing the appointment of my constituent, brother, and friend, Chief Dennis Otuaro as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP,” Rt. Hon. Guwor stated.
He expressed confidence in Otuaro’s ability to revamp the Amnesty Programme and advance its founding purpose and vision, based on their close relationship. Guwor assured Otuaro of his full support, as well as that of his family, the people of Warri South West Constituency, and the Delta State Legislature.
The Speaker called for the support of all critical stakeholders, noting that the success of the new Administrator depends on the cooperation of the people. He expressed optimism that Otuaro will deliver on the expectations placed on him and wished him success in his new role.
