Governor Oborevwori Mourns the Sudden Loss of Chief Shimite Love

ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has expressed profound grief over the untimely death of his Special Adviser on Trade and Export, Chief Shimite Love, who passed away in the early hours of Monday.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori extended heartfelt condolences to the people of Oshimili North Local Government Area, particularly the Ebu community, in mourning the loss of a distinguished and respected politician.
The Governor described Chief Love as an accomplished, intelligent, and charismatic political figure, whose dedication and excellence in public service left an indelible mark. “On behalf of the government and people of Delta State, I mourn the loss of an exceptional professional and elegant politician who passed away in Asaba on Easter Monday,” the statement read.
Governor Oborevwori noted that Chief Love had served the state with distinction and was diligently leading the state’s export initiatives until her passing. He expressed sorrow that her death came at a time when her expertise was most needed, emphasizing that her absence would leave a void in the government and the state as a whole.
The Governor offered prayers for the peaceful repose of Chief Love’s soul and called on God to comfort her family during this difficult time.
