Dr. Ighomrore Mourns with Otuaro Over Mother’s Passing
EFFURUN/Nigeria: Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has expressed deep condolences to the immediate past Deputy Governor of the state, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, over the passing of his mother, Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro.
Dr. Ighomrore described the late matriarch as a pillar of strength and a woman of exceptional virtue who dedicated her life to the service of her family and community. He noted that her passing is a great loss, not only to the Otuaro family but to all who benefited from her wisdom and kindness.
“Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro was a mother to many, a source of inspiration, and a symbol of resilience. Her legacy of love, discipline, and community service will continue to live on through those she impacted,” Dr. Ighomrore stated, while praying for divine strength for the bereaved family.
