Delta North APC Welcomes Omo-Agege for Stakeholders’ Meetings Ahead of 2027
ASABA/Nigeria: Key stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta North have expressed enthusiasm as Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, CFR, prepares to engage party members in a series of stakeholders’ meetings across the nine local government areas of the senatorial district. The meetings, set to commence on Friday, January 31, and run through Wednesday, February 5, 2025, are designed to strengthen party unity and foster collaboration.
Organized in partnership with local government party chairmen, the meetings aim to fortify the party’s position as it prepares for the 2027 general elections.
“We, the undersigned stakeholders of the APC, are delighted and wish to associate ourselves with the stakeholders’ meetings with Senator Omo-Agege, CFR, scheduled across the nine Local Government Areas of Delta North,” a statement by the leaders read.
The statement called on all members and stakeholders to participate actively and contribute to building a united front. Among the notable signatories were Senator Peter Nwaboshi, Chief Francis Obigbor, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi, Rt. Hon. Mercy Almona Isei, Dr. (Mrs.) Ngozi Olejeme, and Onotu Henry Okechukwu.
Also endorsing the initiative were prominent party leaders, including High Chief Chukwutem Nwogor, Chief Dennis Okoh, Chief Chuks Obuseh, Chief George Ogbobu, Dr. Chamberlain Dunkwu, Hon. Sebastian Okoh, and others.
Local government chairmen such as High Chief Greg Ojieh Onah, Churchill Edem, Chief Kris Oputa, and Hon. Hilary FADA Ibude also played pivotal roles in coordinating the meetings. The extensive list of supporters highlights Senator Omo-Agege’s widespread acceptance within Delta North.
This initiative underscores APC’s commitment to strengthening its grassroots network in Anioma Nation as it lays the groundwork for the 2027 elections through active engagement and strategic planning.
