Be Sensitive to Govt Educational Programs-Ochor

WARRI/Nigeria: Students of Delta state origin has been admonished to be supportive of the efforts of the administration of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa towards the provision of better learning equipment and environment in schools in the state.

The call was made by Hon Ochor Chris Ochor, Executive Director on the board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, (DESOPADEC), during the cultural Day celebration of the Federated Union of Ndokwa Students, (FUNS), College of Education, Agbor recently.

Hon Ochor who was represented by a lecturer of the college, Dr. Okudaiye Ismailia, told the students that the Okowa’s administration, need their supports, as the government is sensitive to provision of good academics and school facilities, promotion of teachers, lecturers welfare.

While congratulating the students for a successful cultural day celebration, and the promotion of the culture of Ndokwa people, he assured the students that the government is working towards the provision of job and employment opportunities in the state.

Hon Ochor called on the students to be serious with their academic works, and avoid all forms of anti academic activities like cultism, examination malpractices, and other behaviour that will hinder their academic works.
